Bill Fain, Chairman A third-generation Yavapi County native, Bill graduated from the University of Arizona in 1960 with a double major in finance and business economics. He returned home from school to ranch the Rafter Eleven for the next nine years, and was only twenty-nine when he became president of the Yavapai Cattle Growers Association. Taking a page from his father Norman's book of varied and successful pursuits, Bill put his lifelong interest in land-use planning to good purpose in founding Fain Signature Group. As chairman, he remains an integral, guiding hand in all operations, working closely today with Ron, Brad and Jeff on both new and existing projects and properties. Bill looks forward to a future in which his grandchildren will carry on the Fain family tradition of good stewardship to the land and citizens of Prescott Valley, Yavapai County, and the great State of Arizona.
	Ron Fain, Partner Ron received his B.S. in Sociology at Arizona State University in 1991, returning to the Rafter Eleven and ranching -first overseeing operations at Fain Land and Cattle and later responsible for operations at Rafter Eleven Mobile Home and RV Park (now Orchard Ranch). Sharing a common interest in diversification with his father Bill, Ron joined him at Fain Signature Group, where today he excels at real estate transactions, sales, leasing and acquisitions, as well as supervision of the marketing/public relations division. An Arizona-licensed real estate broker, Ron is also an alumnus of Project Central, a two-year rural leadership program; served two terms as President of Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the board. He is also a board member of Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of Yavapai County.
	Brad Fain, Partner Brad came well-prepared for his responsibilities at Fain Signature Group, with a B.S. in finance from Arizona State University in 1992, followed by an MBA in finance and operations management earned at Syracuse University in 1996. He spent several years in California as a successful consultant in sofrware implementation for manufacturing. Upon his return to Arizona he joined in the family's business endeavors, now working aside his father Bill, brother Ron, and brother-in-law Jeff at FSG. Brad navigates the finer points of finance and operations, including the legal aspects of contracts and long-term negotiations of complex projects. His talent for accurate performance modeling -such as projections on rates of return -helps ensure the viability and sustainability of both new and ongoing Fain Signature Group endeavors.
	Jeff Wasowicz, Partner Jeff earned a degree in biology and the hand of Bill's daughter at the University of Colorado. In 1987 he received his BA -and married Dawn Fain. Jeff taught math and science in Phoenix for two years, then pursued an MBA in finance from Western International University, which he received in 1992. That same year he became head of daily operations at Shamrock Water Company, then a Fain enterprise, that has long furnished water to Prescon Valley residents. At Fain Signature Group today, Jeff combines a broad-based construction background with his education in finance to benefit new project operations including development and construction management. He also oversees the maintenance of existing FSG propenies. An Arizona-licensed real estate agent, Jeff also serves on the board of the Prescon Valley chapter of Kiwanis International.
