The Entertainment Center is located on the corner of Highway 69 (the major thoroughfare connecting the greater Prescott area with Interstate 17 to Phoenix, Flagstaff and Tucson) and Glassford Hill Road. The combined traffic count of 34,800 vehicles per day (CYCTS 1998 estimate) ensures visibility of development in Prescott Valley, noted as the fastest growing area in Arizona outside of Phoenix.

The 37-acre Prescott Valley Entertainment Center is anchored by Harkins Prescott Valley 14 Luxury Theatres and an adjacent 30,000 square feet food court and retail.

The food courts are highlighted with an American cuisine restaurant, Augies 27s Place, and a Mexican Cantina, Garcia's. These two dining destinations will complement theatre goers for their evening entertainment and are scheduled to open late 2003.

Adjacent to the theatre are two food courts with over 30,000 square feet of space. They are anchored by two restaurants, Augie's Place and Garcia's. Both restaurants opened between Thanksgiving and Christmas, 2003

In the Fall of 2002 the first of 6 mixed-use office and retail buildings opened. The facility has over 70% of its 16,000+ square feet of office space leased and is currently placing tenants in the available mixed-use retail spaces.
