Granville- A Prescott Valley Community
Granville (Dan) Fain was born in 1879, the first generation of Fain%27s to be raised in what was then the Arizona Territory. A rancher, pioneer, and philanthropist, his vision, generosity and concern for the people of Central Arizona greatly contributed to the growth and success of the region---from the vast, unpopulated area known as "Lonesome Valley" in the late 19th century, to the booming community of Prescott Valley today. It is only fitting that one of the southwest's most thoughtfully planned communities is named in honor of Granville Fain. The 1,234 acres set aside for this planned residential community has been carefully laid out to address the concerns of what is important to Prescott Valley residents: plenty of "open space," amenities such as a championship golf course, and land designated for schools, worship sites, and community centers. When completed, 3,400 homes will be built in a variety of price ranges.
Granville Residential Community is being developed by Universal Homes, Inc., an Arizona home builder corporation established in 1950. Mr. Joseph Contadino, owner of Universal Homes, has extensive experience in all areas of the home building industry.
To date, Universal homes has completed 250 homes, built one of its Club Houses and construction will commence on the new school site the in Fall of 2003. Sales have gone very well and phases two and three are under construction. Don't miss an opportunity to be a part of this new and exciting planned community in the heart of Prescott Valley. |
