Having seen many an injury and illness among folk inhabiting the Lonesome Valley region over the years, the Fains long envisioned a day when the Valley would have its own hospital. Working closely with Prescott Valley officials and the YRMC board of directors, the family helped make that town a reality. Open in May 2006, Yavapai Regional Medical Center’s East Campus now rests on land whereFain family cattle once roamed.
The Medical Suites at YRMC East, two medical office buildings coming in early 2008, will provide a large variety of professional suites for physicians. Particularly well-suited to those doctors with privileges at YRMC, this convenient location will ensure quick and easy access to the new hospital facility. The Medical Suites at YRMC East are compromised of two (2) two (2) story buildings joined together by a atrium. Total area is 33,800 square feet (each level has ±7,500 square feet).
