Born
in Cottonwood in 1938, Bill Fain had dreamed since high school about someday
having a bustling town in Lonesome Valley, and one of his friends still
recalls Bills prediction that, Someday this valley will have
more people than Prescott! Studying finance and economics at the
University of Arizona, he even wrote a paper about the developmental potential
of the Valley. |
 Fry's Neighborhood Center
Fain Signature Group’s participation in the successful development of the Safeway/ K-Mart Center and the Albertson’s Center has led them to create their own strategically located mixed grocery/retail complex - Fry’s Neighborhood Center. On Glassford Hill Road, the main artery between Highways 69 and 89A, several well-recognized retailers are already established at the site. |

(ED)
Entertainment District
Spanning 60 acres, the Prescott Valley Entertainment District is a contemporary take on the old-fashioned town square, the traditional hub and heart of many communities over the years. “ED” welcomes visitors amid a sunny, pedestrian-friendly atmosphere - its wide walkways, public plazas, rock fountain, and attractive landscape design were synergistically conceived to encourage consumers to linger, socialize, and partake of the wide variety of shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities that awaits around every corner.
