Bill Fain
Chairman

A third-generation Yavapai County native, Bill graduated
from the University of Arizona in 1960 with a double major
in finance and business economics. He returned home from
school to ranch the Rafter Eleven for the next nine years,
and was
only twenty-nine when he became president of the Yavapai
Cattle Growers Association. Taking a page from his father
Norman’s
book of varied and successful pursuits, Bill put his lifelong
interest in land-use planning to good purpose in founding
Fain Signature Group.As chairman, he remains an integral,
guiding
hand in all operations, working closely today with Ron, Brad
and Jeff on both new and existing projects and properties.
Bill looks forward to a future in which his grandchildren
will carry on the Fain family tradition of good stewardship
to the
land and citizens of Prescott Valley, Yavapai County, and
the great State of Arizona.

Ron Fain
Partner

|
Ron earned his B.S. in Sociology from Arizona State University
in 1991. Sharing a common interest with his Father, Bill,
and a desire to grow the family businesses, Ron returned
home to work with his Father in the pursuit of developing
an economically, sustainable community in Prescott Valley.
The
first two years were spent on horseback with Fain Land
and Cattle Co. (FLCC) learning range management and cattle
operations. Today, he currently oversees FLCC operations.
Shortly
thereafter, Ron represented the Fain Family in overseeing
the operations of the Orchard Ranch RV and Mobile Home Park.
His
experience grew into overseeing the final phase and development
of the Villages at Lynx Creek Mobile Home Park where he executed
Developer transition into HOA control of operations. Ron
secured his Arizona State Real Estate license in 1995; and
shortly
thereafter, earned his brokerage license. Currently, he is
the acting Broker for Fain Signature Group where he excels
in real estate transactions, sales, leasing and acquisition
as well as supervision of the Marketing and Public Relations
Division. Today, Ron works with his Partners, Brad and Jeff
in the promotion and development of the Town of Prescott
Valley through commercial, industrial and business office
ventures.
Ron served on the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce Board
of Directors for ten years. During that time, he was on the
Executive Board for five years, two years as President. He
is an alumnus of Project Central, a state wide rural leadership
program sponsored by the University of Arizona where its
focus is on addressing rural county issues at the State Legislative
level. Ron is a former Member of the Board of Directors for
Big Brother Big Sister. Currently, Ron serves on the Board
of Directors for the Yavapai
College Foundation, and is also on the Board of Directors
for
the Prescott Valley Economic Development Foundation, where
he works closely in the development and expansion of new
job base for Prescott Valley and Yavapai County.
The Fifth
Generation is on the ground. Ron enjoys spending time with
his daughter, Johnie Lee and son, Quint, coaching
and supporting all of their activities, family outings,
camping, fishing and branding cattle.

Brad Fain
Partner |
|
Brad earned a B.S. in finance from Arizona State University
in 1992, followed by an MBA in finance and operations management
at Syracuse University in 1996. He spent several years throughout
the United States as a successful consultant in software
implementation for Fortune 500 manufacturing companies. Upon
his return to
Arizona he joined in the family’s business endeavors,
now working aside his father Bill and with his partners Ron & Jeff.
Brad oversees the company’s operations and finances,
including the legal aspects of contracts and long-term negotiations
of complex projects. He works with his partners in developing
new business ventures and expanding existing business ventures
to increase the company’s revenue. Brad is an alumnus
of Prescott Area Leadership, a regional leadership program
and serves as the Past-President on the board; serves on the
board of directors as the Past- President of the Central Arizona
Boys & Girls Club. He was also involved in the formation
of and is the Past-President of the board of directors for
Central Arizona Partnership, a non-profit organization whose
mission is to promote responsible growth and economic and
ecological sustainability in Central Arizona. Brad remains
active in the
business community in support of regional development and
collaboration among the communities that comprise Central
Arizona in efforts
to build a stronger region and promote positive growth that
encompasses 3 fundamental sectors that the Fain companies
develop: Industrial job base, Residential housing and Commercial
retail.
Brad and his wife Michelle enjoy their time raising their
3 boys; Sean 11, Jake 9 and Luke 6. Their boys enjoy sporting
activities of soccer and hockey and getting outdoors for
camping and hunting trips. Raising their family is truly
the best times of their lives.

Jeff Wasowicz

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology at the
University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado in 1987, as well
as the hand
of Bill Fain’s daughter, Dawn. After their marriage,
Jeff taught 7th and 8th grade math and science in the Phoenix
public school system for two years and launched his own landscape
company. In 1990, Jeff joined the Fain Family organization
to oversee the construction of Quailwood Greens Golf Course
in Dewey, Arizona. He pursued an MBA in finance from Western
International University, which he received in 1992. That same
year, he became head of daily operations, and subsequently
took charge of water quality testing and field customer relations
at Shamrock Water Company, then a Fain enterprise, that has
long furnished water to Prescott Valley residents, and which
was subsequently sold in 1999 to the Town of Prescott Valley.
At Fain Signature Group today, Jeff is Project/Property Manager,
as well as Partner in the company, combining a broad-based
construction background with his education in finance to benefit
new project operations. He works closely with architects and
contractors, including development and construction management,
ranging from tenant improvements to “ground-up” buildings,
oversees three Prescott Valley retail centers, as well as
several satellite commercial properties. He also maintains
a Qualifying
Party designation for pesticides and is an Arizona-licensed
real estate agent. Jeff has always been civic minded and
strives for sustainable growth for the entire County. He
is President
Elect of the Central Arizona Partnership, where he is currently
Chairman of the Issues Committee, and also serves on the
Board. Jeff is President of the Board for the Progress Foundation,
which works with the school districts to properly administer
funds. Jeff is Vice President of the Yavapai County Fair
Agricultural
Association and also in his second term on the Board of Trustees
for the local Masonic Lodge. Jeff and Dawn reside in Dewey,
Arizona, have two daughters, Arin and Brooke, all of whom
enjoy camping, boating, hiking and hunting.
